How many hours are included in our booking?

Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

Accepted Answer

No, all food and beverage (with the exception of some desserts) must come from our in-house restaurant and caterer.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, our parking lot is reserved for hotel guests and event attendees. Additional public parking is available on 8th street and Peaks to Plain trail.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

What’s included in your starting rental fee?

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and event staff. We do not provide table linens.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event before 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you 50% of the sum of the Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue and meeting room rental. If cancelled within 10-90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you 75% of the sum of the Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue and meeting room rental, and 90% of Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue plus meeting room rental to be charged if canceled within 10 days. Taxes and applicable service charges will be added to all amounts.

Do we need to get insurance?

No, our venue is fully insured.

How do we get to your venue from the nearest airport?

Accepted Answer

Our hotel is located approximately 35 miles away from the Denver International Airport. You can reach our venue by private car, taxi, or ride share (Uber, Lyft).

Do you host after-parties?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not host after parties and the Taproom bar closes at 10pm on Sundays to Thursdays and at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

What are your event fees?

Accepted Answer

We charge 7.5% tax and 23% service fee to all events. The 23% service charge will be assessed to all of your bills (F&B and rental) to offset administrative expenses for supervisory, sales, and gratuity for banquet personnel.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long they don't damage the property. We ask that you not affix anything to the walls, floors, ceilings, or furnishings without prior approval from our Sales team. All signs and decorations must be of professional quality. Glitter, confetti, rice, and birdseed are not permitted. All candles must be contained in a tall glass enclosure. The client must take all decorations and client property brought to the venue away at the conclusion of the event. The Eddy will not store any left items and is not responsible for items left at the venue. Any damage to the hotel as a result of not having prior approval will be billed to you.

Do you require a day-of coordinator?

Yes, all weddings hosted at The Eddy must have a day-of coordinator/planner.

Do you offer room blocks?

Do we need to have an event in order to have a room block?

Accepted Answer

No. You can reserve a room block without having an event with us. However, we do offer discounts for events if you also book a room block with us.

Do you offer hotel buyouts?

Accepted Answer
