We cannot begin to explain how much Rebecca helped us throughout our planning process and on our wedding day. We hired her in the month before our wedding to help us with last minute things and plan through the wedding day. She coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was delivered on time and every second of the day ran smoothly. After she planned our full schedule, we had several calls in the weeks leading up to our wedding where Rebecca led us through the days events and made sure every detail was thought out and taken care of. On the day of the wedding Rebecca was a super calming presence, making sure we both had everything we need, from an ear to complain to, a mint, deodorant, water, she had it all. In addition to handling all logistics, Rebecca was also a huge help in navigating stubborn guests trying to interfere with our visions for the day. All of this made us feel excited about our wedding instead of stressed, it's impossible to put into words how much that means, especially now looking back on our wedding that was more perfect than we could have imagined.

Our wedding would not have happened without our incredible coordinator, Amanda! My only regret is not hiring her sooner! We really didn’t have any expectations for a coordinator before reaching out to Pine Events. We thought we only needed someone to coordinate day-of, but looking back, I do not know what we would have done without Amanda’s help. She jumped on board as soon as we reached out and was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable from the very beginning. Amanda helped us with every. single. element. of our wedding, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. I was very stressed when it came time to coordinate with all of our vendors and work out last minute details, and Amanda took everything on. There was not one text she did not answer, one number or measurement she did not know, or one item on her list that went unchecked. It was such an enormous relief having her there to take on the daunting tasks that I really could not have completed by myself. She is incredibly good at what she does and stepped in wherever we needed help. She hopped on many phone calls at odd hours to help us with any questions or ideas that came up (and there were a lot). Everyone in our circle was so impressed by how she was able to take the reins and execute such an elegant wedding. Most notably, two days before our wedding, one of our vendors put us in a difficult situation and we were worried we would not be able to find a replacement for our Labor Day weekend wedding in time. Amanda, while traveling to NYC for our wedding, found us two replacement vendors and helped us navigate the difficult situation with the vendor for several hours that day. I learned after my wedding that my mom even reached out to Amanda to help coordinate a surprise for me, and she was so grateful to have her help at the last minute. On the day of our wedding, Amanda did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and was so hands-on the entire time. At the end of the night, we were genuinely sad that our time working together was up because we enjoyed it so much! She even wrote us a beautiful handwritten card, which was such a sweet and personal gesture! I am so grateful for everything Amanda did to make our wedding so perfect. Everyone had an amazing time, and having someone as reliable and experienced as her made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot recommend Pine Events enough. I really cannot imagine how our wedding would have turned out without Amanda’s attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so, so much!

I could not recommend TGT highly enough. Everything about my experience with them completely exceeded expectations! As a TV producer, I am a very detail-oriented person who is well versed in producing live events. The TGT team totally spoke my language and overcommunicated about every aspect of the planning. To add on to the complications, our event was 100% DIY -- raw space, different vendors for every single element. TGT didn't miss a single detail. They work completely over Google Doc which was incredibly collaborative and provided for fantastic workflow. They responded to and addressed every single detail and question, absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks. If you're looking/need to hire a planner to coordinate your wedding day or weekend, look no further than WedWell (aka Claire). Claire will make sure that your wedding day proceeds seamlessly, no matter the weather and regardless of the upredictable challenges that inevitably arise. We initially interviewed Claire because of her excellent reviews from diverse couples across multiple wedding platforms. It quickly became clear that she had earned these positive reviews, and we were pleased to bring her onto our vendor team. Indeed, hiring Clarie was one of our best wedding decisions. She is responsive, organized, and personable. To that end, she quickly connected with a team of vendors, most of whom she had not worked with before, and responded to our emails in 36 hours, no matter the day of the week. Also, her vendor recommendations were very strong (our photographer and DJ were next level). In the days leading up to the wedding, Claire took over all of the logistics, and handled pretty much every communication with the venue and our various vendors--we barely had to do a thing. More importantly, once the big weekend had actually arrived, everything was easy. It rained much of our wedding day, but Claire helped us adjust our schedule on the fly to take advantage of the good weather for pictures. We even had somebody come to the wedding who we did not invite--and we did not hear a thing about it until after the ceremony, when the guest introduced herself to us. Claire had adjusted the seating and escorted the guest to the appropriate table. In sum, planning a wedding is an endeavor and we feel lucky we had Claire to make it the best party it could be.

Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!

Day Of Coordinator: Terri Rose A Words literally cannot capture just how amazing Terri was during my entire wedding process. I hired her as my DOC, but she was 1000000x more than that. She was there every single step of the way, guiding me through ideas, reminding me of deadlines (I was the worst bride and constantly forgetting when I needed to hire vendors, etc.), and searching for vendors for me. She reviewed contracts, dealt with vendors with any questions/concerns from start to finish. She advertises as a DOC, but I promise with Terri you get SO MUCH MORE! Hiring the Styled Stem was the #1 best decision of all the wedding decisions we made! We hired them for full service wedding planning and design, and the attention we received was top-tier. In the months before the wedding, the Styled Stem team provided the perfect balance of logistical and emotional support to allow me to go into my wedding day without any concerns. From day 1, the team listened to my vision and worked with me to make it happen, from finding the best-in-class vendors to floral design to logistical support. My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about then. And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation. One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. I hope to keep in touch with them for years to come, as I feel grateful to have met such wonderful people as they are through this process.

Anadina is the absolute, unparalleled master of making sure your wedding is incredible. We hired her as a day of coordinator to help us pull off a 94 person DIY wedding in Brooklyn, with 5 weeks notice, while personalizing nearly every element of the evening, including several live music performances. I cannot overstate how amazing she was, and that it is because of her that this was the best weekend of our lives. She is not just warm, personable, funny, and easygoing. She is confident, experienced, and completely on top of every single detail you can think of - as well as the ones you can’t. She had one primary goal - pulling off a flawless event - and she delivered. She was extremely easy to work with, and was a phenomenal team player, coordinating everything with us, the venue, our vendors, and even making sure our friends and family were tended to. She and her assistant helped with setting up/decorating different elements of the venue, and so much more, always with great vibes and a smile on her face. In fact, she came up with some of the most memorable design and decorative ideas. She is extremely creative and artistic, and has a very keen eye for detail. We don't have enough kind words to explain our process with Willa. First of all, I don't know how we could've planned our wedding (and enjoyed every second of it) without a planner. Excellent news: your search for a wedding planner and coordinator is over. Hire Venture North Events! They are the best! Kim and CJ are the perfect mix of detail-oriented, thoughtful, creative, and cool under pressure. We hired them for full planning for our wedding weekend at Eastwind Hotel in Windham in June 2023. We started working with them a year before, and they were deeply engaged the entire time. Our wedding was a full weekend (3 days and three events), with lots of different moving parts and activities. Everything was outdoors. We had to bring in and set up a lot of stuff. Not only were they exceptional at knowing and implementing logistics (sound, lighting, rentals, decor, rain plans), they always made sure that the events reflected our personal vision and intentions. The planning process itself was made immensely fun working with them. Because of their expertise, we were able to focus on the creative stuff. We crafted what we hoped the weekend would look like together, planning over calls and the super organized planning spreadsheets Kim and CJ have created. Their systems kept us on track, and we (and our guests!) appreciated how well organized and executed everything was! On Saturday, we had lots of intermittent rain during outdoor events. Kim and CJ kept all our guests dry and happy, shifting schedules and logistics as needed. We were involved in these decisions but also trusted them completely, so were able to be fully present in the day with our guests. Kim’s timelines the day of the wedding ran impeccably; nothing felt rushed and she brought on top notch folks to work the wedding as day of staff. She has a deep knowledge of and relationships with various vendors in upstate New York, everyone was truly excellent. On top of it all, Kim and CJ were truly a joy to work with. Now a month out from the wedding, we are so grateful for how it all went! We miss them terribly! In sum, VNE gets our highest possible recommendation. Do yourself a favor and hire them, ASAP!
