As wonderful as this resort is, we've learned that the booking process can be a bit tricky. So, to make it easier, we will be sharpening our concierge skills and will be coordinating all bookings directly with the hotel! Book to Cancun

Unless you plan on driving, can you even do this?! We recommend selecting your preferred airline and finding a roundtrip flight to and from Cancun Airport (CUN). Please review the itinerary to ensure you are not missing any events. We recommend our guests fly in on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, and fly out any time Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, or after. Tips: Typically, about 6-9 months out is the best time to book but it can vary. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Travel Note

Airport shuttle

All guests should receive the link in your booking reservation to add in your airport transfers. This can be done anytime up to 72 hours before departure. Private transportation is provided complimentary for 3+ night stays for all guests within the same reservation number arriving and departing at the same time. If a guest is staying in the same room but flying in at a different time, they will need to set up a paid airport transfer with transfers@seasonstours.com If for any reason you miss seeing the link in your reservation, please email transfers@seasonstours.com directly.
