Zach and Casey met at a Halloween party in 2021...hosted by Casey's sister (Thanks, Taylor). For anyone who knows Zach, he is not a man of many words...but once Casey complimented his baking skills and thanked him for bringing the most delicious apple pie, they started to hit it off! From there, just like a classic Shakespearean play, they began a long-distance relationship (Thanks, Facebook Video Chats). I think ya'll know the rest 💙
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Please review FAQ's for information regarding the ceremony and the church.
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The reception will begin with a cocktail hour! Please see FAQ's for additional information regarding the venue.
Hotel
This inn is located very close to the reception venue, but will be a little bit of a drive from the ceremony, so be sure to keep that in mind! Perhaps not the fanciest accommodations, but affordable and true to the town! Be sure to mention you're booking for the "Kleckner Wolff Wedding" in order to get our discounted rate. OR, if you want to meet some new friends, feel free to book under the other wedding staying that weekend. You do you! If you are seeking different accommodations please book asap as other options may be limited due to the Notre Dame game!
Maid of Honor
Casey's sister and a creative genius, without her, most of this would not have been possible 🥰
Bridesmaid
Annie and Casey met in kindergarten and have been friends since. Fast forward and they are both standing up in each other's weddings...which are only 3 weeks apart!
Bridesmaid
Alma and Casey met when Alma started working at the vet's office. Casey thought Alma was too cool and they'd never be friends...Alma thought that workplace friendships were never a good idea. We see how that worked out 🤣
Bridesmaid
Kim met Casey ALSO at work at the vet's office. While Kim was finishing school, they kept in touch over Snapchat every single day...which is still going strong to this day!
Best Man
Brandon is Zach's older brother! Crazy to think that 15 years ago, they were fighting each other in the living room (probably on a regular basis) and now he is standing up in support of his brother and best friend.
Groomsman
Aaron is Zach's younger brother, so they go way back. He was so excited to be such an integral part of Zach's big day (but even more relieved to not be giving a speech as the best man).
Groomsman
Matt is Casey's brother in law, who has been a part of the family for ~14 years (give or take). The only thing he loves more than his buddy Zach is his fish tank.
Groomsman
Zach and Matt met through work at Bennington a few years back...and yet, the newlyweds still don't have a fancy pontoon boat.
"Downtown Mishawaka has several nice places to walk along the river. Of course there also great places to stop in for a drink or something to eat!"
"OC Lanes is a family owned alley right down the block! A bit of a local hidden gem 💎"
"We haven't visited here just yet, but Sun King is a local favorite!"
Rise N Roll is a regional bakery which is a local LEGEND. The Nappanee location is relatively close to the reception venue. It's worth a little drive over for some tasty sweets!
"This park is just a few blocks from home! Great place to take a walk or play a round of disc golf."
"While this is a bit of a drive, there are plenty of shops to check out and a delicious restuarant if you're looking for a filling meal. It's also the location of our engagement photos!"
"Regardless of your feelings towards the school and their sports teams...they do have a beautiful campus that you can explore!"
The ceremony will be held in a Catholic church, but will not include a full mass. As marriage is a holy event within the Catholic faith, we would ask that our guests be mindful during the event to avoid any disruptions and if necessary, please step out into the lobby. Modest dress is required within the church. Plan to arrive early to avoid traffic as the doors will be shut at the start of the ceremony.
We encourage you to enjoy this opportunity as date night and find a sitter for your little ones for this evening! That being said, we are aware that this may not be feasible for everyone, so if there are children included on the RSVP, they are able to attend. As noted, the celebration of marriage is a sacred event and we ask all parents with little ones to be mindful if your kiddo starts to get fussy during special moments (ceremony, first dances, speeches, etc) to please step out as to not disrupt. Thank you for your consideration!
While it is true that the more the merrier, we do have a LOT of family and close friends, so we are trying to keep our guest count limited. Only invitations that include a plus one are able to bring a guest. We appreciate your understanding!
We would ask that you aim for cocktail attire/semi-formal for this event. Please avoid shades of white. Ladies; feel free to get as dressed to the nines as you'd like...sometimes we all need a reason to wear that dress in the back of the closet. If that's not your jam, that's fine too - blouses/trousers work just fine as well! Gents; button downs/polos and slacks would look great! Preferably no jeans for the evening.
As more local guests may know, out in Indiana, things are not as close together and conveniently located as we might prefer. So the reception venue is a bit of a hike at 30-40 minutes away from the church. We will allow for plenty of time for all of our guests to make it to the reception venue, and feel free to take in some of the countryside on your way down. Just watch out for the horses and buggies! 🐎
YES. Please plan to get to the ceremony early! There will be a Notre Dame football game happening on the day of the wedding and while the traffic near the church should be minimal, depending on your travel plans, you may run into some excited football fans on the road or passing through the South Bend/Mishawaka area.
Dinner for the evening will be served as buffet style, award winning, barbecue. There will be options for our vegetarian folks too. We will have plenty of drinks for everyone to enjoy, with a selection of cocktails and soft drinks, but it will not be a full open bar.
