how & when should i RSVP?

To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. You and your guests names will appear to either mark as attending or declining. we kindly ask you RSVP by May 20th 2026.

What if i do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 20th 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What if i RSVP'd and can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45 pm! Please arrive by 3:15-3:20 to allow time to park and make your way to the ceremony location. We purposefully put 3:30 on the invitation to avoid any latecomers.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your formal invitation will be made out to (your name) & guest if you have received a plus one - they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Are children invited to the wedding?

Whilst we adore your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors!

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal. No jeans please! The wedding party will be in green and grey. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area, please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes. It might also be hot as it will be July, please also take that into consideration when planning your outfit.

Pictures during the ceremony

Answer

We are a having a unplugged ceremony. Meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do". Our photographer will capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We appreciate if all photos and videos of the wedding are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has parking onsite, there will be signs to direct you, and a person from the venue will also be there to direct traffic.

Other things to keep in mind!

Answer

Our venue is nestled next to the Conewago Creek, as much as it might be tempting to dip your toes in, our venue asks all guests do not step foot in the creek for the duration of your time at the venue.
