There's something about High School Sweethearts, a first love. It's a bond so deeply woven within you that the smallest of things can cause feelings to bubble up demanding to be felt. We met in high school; he helped me open my locker one day and we soon became friends. Many people, including our parents, thought we were dating but we were taking the time to get to know each other before embarking in a lifelong journey as a couple. We could have never imagined what the future would hold for us, all we knew was that we liked each other. And now we go from growing up together to growing old together.
