We will have two small shuttle busses transporting guests from Charlottesville to the venue and back at the end of the night. Please be promptly ready for pickup! ✧ Picking up guests from the Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello starting at 2:05pm ✧ Picking up guests from Three Notch'd starting at 2:30pm Please note: Shuttles departing from Three Notch’d may reach full capacity. If a shuttle is full, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue (driving or carpooling).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for seating.

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they will be listed on your RSVP. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only invited guests attend.

Children are welcome for family members. If you would like your child to attend, kindly reach out to us so we can make an accommodation.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is Garden Cocktail. The wedding party will be wearing sage green, so please refrain from that color if possible. We want you to look great and feel comfortable!

We kindly ask that guests refrain from photos during the ceremony. We’re excited to share professional photos with you afterward!
