The ceremony will be taking place in a grassy garden, so stilettos may be a bit difficult to walk in! Please keep this in mind when choosing shoes for the evening. Please no jeans, sandals, white dresses etc. Generally no casual attire please! We are dressing our best and would love nice photos with each of you! Cell service can be spotty, please keep these directions on hand just in case! Follow your GPS to 7425 HWY 211 Canby 97013. Traveling West we are 3/4-mile from mile-mark 7 on the right Traveling East we are just past mile-mark 6 on the left. This can be a busy road at times. A slow approach and early indication of a turn will help! Ribbons will mark the entry and signage will be place for parking directions.
Reception
3:45 pm - 9:00 pm
The reception will be immediately following the ceremony at the same location. Included will be dinner service, as well as a bar with multiple drink options, and dancing with a live DJ.

PDX is the closest airport to our venue, and the easiest to get transportation to and from. If you are flying from out of state please feel free to reach out to us if you need any help planning and navigating!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In attempts to keep the ceremony and reception as intimate as possible, only those formally invited may attend. We would prefer to spend the evening with those closest to us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be on-site parking for all attending!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive as close to the time on the invitation as possible (2PM). We included a time buffer so if any issues arise such as traffic, car issues, running late, etc. hopefully no one will miss the ceremony. The parking is very close to the ceremony area and we do not want our vows to be interrupted by late arrivals! There will be refreshments and yard games for the time between arrivals and the beginning of the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
While there is no formal transportation system, if you need help arranging a ride to or from the ceremony please contact either of us and we can coordinate carpooling for you, (please contact us in advance for this as we will not be available the day of to coordinate this).
