<li>After making your cruise reservation, email a copy of this Gift Certificate to SharedservicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com *An automated response will be sent advising your email has been received. If you do not get an automated response within 24 hours, please try resending your email in a smaller file size or if multiple gift certificates are included, please try sending a separate email for each one.</li>
<li>You will receive a notification via email once certificate(s) have been applied to your reservation. Please allow up to 10 business days.</li>
