What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Aim to arrive between 4:40-5:00pm. Shuttles from the Renaissance Hotel will depart at 4:00 PM and arrive at M&D Farm at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held in a garden setting so please be mindful of footwear. If you are planning to wear a heal, platforms or wedges are recommended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue so let us know if you will be driving ahead of time. We have provided shuttle transport to and from the Renaissance Hotel in Albany to M&D Farm. We do not want drinking and driving so please use the shuttles provided. Ride sharing apps are not readily available/guaranteed from M&D Farm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children must be supervised at all times as there are many attractive nuisances at the venue including a pond. The parents and guardians of any minors are responsible for the safety and well being of their children and must oversee all of their activities.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the Renaissance Hotel in Albany to M&D Farm. Shuttle times are as follows: Pick up from Renaissance Hotel at 4:00 PM and drop of at M and D Farm at 4:40 PM - 5:00 PM. Later in the night the shuttles will resume making trips/loops back to the Renaissance Hotel starting at 10:00 and concluding at 11:00 PM.
