Our wedding is black tie preferred. Please wear a tuxedo, a black or dark suit, or a formal evening gown.
The ceremony begins promptly at 6 P.M on the 7th Floor, with cocktail hour to follow. Please arrive by 5:30 p.m. The Reception will take place on the 5th Floor. Dinner will be served at 8:00pm. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Are all events at the W Hotel Philadelphia?
Answer
Yes! Once you arrive for the ceremony, you will not need to leave for the evening. We will move between a few different spaces, all accessible by elevator.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, the dress code for the ceremony and reception is black tie preferred. Please wear a tuxedo, a black or dark suit, or a formal, evening gown. We are planning for the ceremony to be outside in the Secret Garden on the 7th floor of The W. The dress code for Friday's Welcome Reception is casual - come as you are and have a drink (or two...or three) on us!

Valet parking will be covered for all guests arriving on Saturday!

Why isn't the hotel booking link working?
Answer
If you are not seeing any rooms for Friday or Saturday, there may not be any more available. We have a limited number of rooms in each hotel, however, we are working to add more rooms to the block! Try changing the dates and be sure to check out the Element as well! It is attached and on the same property as The W so you will not need to travel to the ceremony.
