The ceremony is at the Elks Lodge outside, and the reception will be held indoors

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire. We recommend for men, a button down dress shirt or collared shirt with dress pants/slacks, tie’s are optional. For women cocktail dresses. No Jeans Please!

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

All of my bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy dresses.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be semi-open seating so sit where ever you please. Some seats will have 'RSVP' on them for close family. We also have enough chairs set up for people who are in need of a seat during the ceremony, but we ask everyone else to please stand. We are doing a quick 10 minute ceremony! For the reception, we will have assigned seating.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site, and the neighboring streets around the Elks lodge. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT NEXT TO THE ELKS (by the boat ramp & boat house) the sign in that lot says your car will be towed, we cannot guarantee you will not get towed.

Will there by an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
