This event is semi-formal.
The ceremony will take place in the field past the Castonguay Pavilion near the parking lot. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
After the ceremony, the wedding party and family members will take photos with the photographer. During this time, guests are invited to enjoy a selection of beverages and an assortment of charcuterie platters in the reception room, where you can relax and mingle before the reception begins.
Reception
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Join us for a delicious lunch, served at 1:00 PM, followed by an afternoon of dancing, laughter, and celebration. We can’t wait to dance the day away with you!

Will food and beverages be provided?
Answer
Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have charcuterie platters and salad available for cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style lunch catered by Hong Asian Noodle Bar. Soft drinks and water will also be provided. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Will there be alcohol at the event?

Yes! There will be a small selection of beer and wine for the event. If you'd prefer something else, please feel free to bring your own liquor and beverages to enjoy!

Are kids invited?
Answer
We’d love to have your little ones celebrate with us! However, please note that the day will include plenty of dancing, drinks, colorful language and a lively atmosphere. If you’re comfortable with that, bring the kids along! If you think it might be a bit much for them, feel free to make other arrangements and let loose with us on the dance floor!
