Vince found Josefina by chance — on the cobblestone streets of a small town in Montenegro, while on a summer european trip, far from anything familiar. Neither of them could have known that a single encounter would change the course of both of their lives. Something clicked immediately. A simple "Hi" turned into hours of conversation, which led to a long-distance relationship spanning 2 continents and 6,000 miles. After countless flights, long calls, and living like nomads hopping from place to place, Vince finally popped the question while traveling in Turkey. -- This wedding marks the beginning of a new chapter in our lives, and we are so excited to have you here to celebrate with us.

Hotel
We've reserved a room block at this hotel for three nights - perfectly located in the heart of Santiago, just a 3-minute walk from our home. This is where most of the wedding guests will be staying, but rooms are limited so book it soon to reserve your spot. If you'd like to extend your stay, simply email the hotel coordinator (Gabriela.Moscoso@hilton.com) directly after booking and they'll be happy to help! Click on the "View" Button below to view the hotel and reserve. Note: Please book by September 30th. After this date, any remaining spots for the room block will be released.
Travel Note
If you'd prefer to book on your own, we suggest staying in Vitacura, Las Condes, or Providencia (see link below). These neighborhoods are lively and well connected — you'll find great restaurants, cafes, shops, and easy subway access. (It's also where we live, so you'll be in good company ☺️) Click below to see a map of the neighborhoods we recommend.
Shuttle
October 31, 2026 4:30 pm
We will organize and schedule transportation for all guests staying in the recommended areas to and from the wedding venue on Saturday, October 31st.
Travel Note
October 31st is spring in Chile and temperature during the day is usually in the mid 70s (22-25 celsius). The celebration will include both outdoor and indoor moments and will take place from late afternoon into the night. Evenings will likely be cool, so we recommend bringing an additional layer.
Santiago is a great city if you're a foodie! Don’t miss empanadas, fresh seafood, ceviche, asado (Chilean BBQ), pastel de choclo, and the iconic pisco sour. Food is social here, relaxed, and full of traditional flavor.
Santiago offers great museums, walkable neighborhoods, and a lively street life. You’ll find art, historical museums, green parks, and colonial-era buildings and plazas throughout old town. For everyday city energy, visit MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba) for food, design, and local culture. Lastarria and Barrio Italia are ideal for cafés, restaurants, bars, and artisan shops, and are some of the best areas to experience Santiago’s vibe.
One of the coolest surprises about Santiago is how close nature is. Within the city, you’ll find several urban hikes and treks with different difficulty levels, offering panoramic views of Santiago and the Andes. The city sits right at the base of the Andes Mountains, and just a short drive away is Cajón del Maipo, part of the Andean range. It’s a favorite escape for dramatic scenery, hiking, rafting, and unforgettable mountain landscapes—easy to reach and totally worth it.
From 45 minutes to 1.5 hours from Santiago, you can drive to high-quality wineries that produce wines exported and recognized worldwide. We highly recommend trying Carménère, it's Vince's personal favorite and a grape that Chile does better than anywhere else in the world.
Chile has thousands of kilometers of stunning Pacific coastline. In about 1.5 hours, you can reach the coast. A great combination for a day trip is: 1) Valparaíso – colorful hills, street art, historic elevators, and a creative, bohemian vibe 2) Viña del Mar – beaches and lively coastal walks 3) Concón – known for excellent seafood and unique sand dunes by the ocean
Please RSVP by September 15th.
