Eric and I met in a group on Facebook. A post was posted in the group and I put a heart on his photo. Soon after, he DM'd me and said "Hey pretty lady". Of course I smiled and I spoke back. We began with conversation and soon after we we'd spend hours together on messenger. After talking a good amount, he "would love to hear my voice". I begin to record a voice message and he called me on messenger instead. He eventually asked for my phone number where we had multiple conversations. Hours upon hours of talking on the phone together as soon after we began to video chat. Video chatting turned into all night. We both knew what we wanted and was clear in the very beginning. It only took a couple of months for us to know that we were each other's "person" and forever partner. We spent the next several months getting to know each other as well as understanding our different background. He grew up in Trenton New Jersey and I grew up in Meridian Mississippi. Our differences is what brought us closer together. He told me from the very beginning that I was going to be his. I told him that he was a bit arrogant and cocky. He said no more, like confident. He was exactly right. Not long after he told me he loved me. My response would follow a bit later. Sunday, August 13, at 7:20 am, the love of my life asked me to be his wife. My response was overwhelmingly yes! We are soulmates. ❤️

It's 7:20 a.m., August 13th, Eric asked me to be his wife. Of course I said yes, as I planted multiple kisses on his lips with excitement and overwhelming emotions. "My beloved is mine, and I am his!" Song of Solomon 2:16. ❤️
