For those of you who can only travel on the 15th, We recommend arriving at Pereira Matecana Airport (PEI). As of this moment there are no direct flights from MIA to PEI, we hope this will change before the wedding. For now you would need to stop in Bogota (BOG). The best arrival times would be around mid day. For those who can travel on the 14th, There is a direct flight from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Armenia (AXM). arriving around 2pm. Please don't worry about transportation to and from the hotels, we have it handled, just let us know your plans ahead of time! Remember we will be staying in Hotel Campestre Las Bailarinas the days leading to the wedding. we would love for you to join us here as there are many activities such as waterparks, bungee jumping, horse back riding, and many others. How to get to and from the wedding?
Answer
We understand the complexity of destination weddings. To make life easier for everyone involved, we have planned out transportation and hotel accommodations. We recommend arriving in Colombia, either Armenia (AXM) or Pereira (PEI) airports, on or before the 15th. You will be transported to Hotel Campestre Las Bailarinas (located in armenia), where we will be having a special dinner, you can stay the night here and enjoy all the activities on the property. We will have group transportation to the wedding venue (approximately an hour and a half drive). The rooms are limited, but there is availability to stay here for the night of the wedding. The morning of the 17th we plan on having a pool and bbq day to get through the hangover on a property close to the wedding venue in Pereira. For those of you who can stay for the weekend, we have plans to visit a few Colombian Cultural places and we would love if you all could share with us and get to experience the beauty of the Eje Cafetero.
