Expect a three course plated meal with optional Champaign or wine pour. Location: Ballroom

Our wedding venue provides free on-site parking for guests starting at 5pm, with over 100 spots available. However, overnight parking is NOT allowed, so please plan accordingly or consider using a cab, Uber/Lyft, or shuttle.

A shuttle bus will be available to bring guests to the venue from Springhill Suites by Marriott in St. Louis Park. Pick-up will tentatively be between 4:30-4:45. You will be responsible for your return to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Cocktail Attire! To us, cocktail attire means knee-length or midi cocktail dresses, snazzy jumpsuits, elegant separates, or suits/sports coats with slacks and a tie. When should I arrive?

Doors and parking lot opens at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 to allow time to get settles before the ceremony begins at 5:30pm.

Absolutely! But they should be included in the RSVP and please be sure to select their meal option. There is a chicken tenders and tots or macaroni and cheese option for kids 10 and under.

Likely no, all guests should be mentioned on the invitation or RSVP page. To plead your case, please reach out to the bride or groom for confirmation.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors. All other events will be indoors, with access to outdoor areas. Please note: This is a smoke-free venue. For those who wish to smoke, you’ll need to step out to the street.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please refrain from taking photos with your phone during the ceremony as we have both professional photographers and videographers to catch every moment. There will be time to take photos yourself during the reception and social hour.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes, we have a hotel block available in St. Louis Park at Springhill Suites. Link to our block is located in the Travel section. Shuttle service will be available from the hotel to the venue, but guests will be responsible for getting themselves back.

YES! Our venue offers off-street parking for guests, with over 100 spots available starting at 5pm. Keep in mind that overnight parking is not allowed.

How do I book the hotel?

We have a block at Springhill Suites by Marriott in St. Louis Park. Use the link in the Travel section to book rooms within our block at a discounted rate. If you choose a hotel outside of our established block a discount will not be applied and there will not be a shuttle.

What are the plated dinner options?
Answer
There are 3 dinner options plus two kids choices. This includes a chicken, beef, or vegetarian choice along with chicken tenders or macaroni & cheese for children. This should be noted when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes the earlier the better! Both the chicken and beef options are gluten and dairy free. We do offer a vegetarian option, but it is not vegan.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes! But water, juice, soda, and other non-alcoholic options will be available for children and those with preferences. There will be zero tolerance for anyone under 21 consuming alcohol, this is Minnesota NOT Wisconsin y'all!

Will it be an open or cash bar?
Answer
During social hour we will provide an open bar, along with a complementary wine pour served with dinner. Following the meal, the bar will transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the reception. Guests will be responsible for any additional alcoholic beverage purchases, while non-alcoholic options remain complementary.
