How we met
We met at George Mason University in 2020. We had many mutual friends, and we saw each other at a few parties, but never introduced ourselves. One mutual friend of ours helped introduce us, which led to our first interaction in which we became inseparable. We were fortunate enough to meet right before George Mason became fully virtual. During the beginning of the pandemic, many of our dates consisted of cooking and watching movies on facetime. We often took turns driving to see each other as we lived an hour and a half away. These first few months of our relationship were the most challenging as we weren't able to see each other often. These moments helped to define what our relationship is today. We know that God orchestrated our love story and the best is yet to come.

Is there a recommended color scheme for guests?

No, feel free to wear what you would like. The ceremony portion will be outside, so dress for the weather!

Where do I RSVP?
Answer
We will send out digital invitations along with a google form to RSVP and make food selections. The google form will be sent out in the next few months.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 25th. The sooner the better!

Is the whole event outdoors?
Answer
No, only the ceremony will be held outdoors. We will be back inside for the cocktail hour and reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We will have multiple menu options available, though feel free to let us know if none of these will work.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available at the Waterside Parking Garage, which is connected to the venue. The All-Day rate is $13.00.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Answer
There will be a cash bar available for guests to purchase drinks at their convenience.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, due to costs, we are unable to accommodate extra guests outside of those invited. We will be sure to indicate those who are included in each invitation that's sent out.
