Our Story

Well, most of you already know it. And most of you know us: Tyler and Emily, always together. We met in high school. I was 15, he was 16, and after about six months of talking, hanging out, and pretending we weren’t obviously into each other, we finally made it official on June 4, 2019. We’ve been together ever since. Over the years, we’ve grown up side by side. From high school hallways to building a home, we’ve grown and shared many versions of life together so far, the exciting, the challenging, and everything in between, and we’re so excited to see where life takes us next. We love spending time with our friends and family, making memories wherever we go. One of the biggest parts of our little world is our dog, Bailey. She’s four years old, full of joy, and absolutely the head of the household. (Don’t tell Tyler... although he knows it.) She’s sweet, sassy, and has mastered the art of getting her way. As for the proposal, it was simple, sweet, and very us. One random night in our backyard, right before a trip with friends, he popped the question. No big production, no crowd. Just the two of us. And honestly, he couldn’t have done it better. Now, after years of growing and laughing together, we’re so excited to become husband and wife and celebrate this next chapter with all of you. Having our favorite people in one place means the world to us. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

FAQs

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us in celebration!

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We truly love your kiddos, but we’ve decided to keep the celebration adults-only, with the exception of our immediate families. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and dinner will take place inside. The reception will be open to both indoor and outdoor spaces, and outdoor heaters will be provided.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

How far in advance do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2025 so we can finalize all the details. We truly appreciate your prompt response!

Question

Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal (Boots Welcome!) We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire, polished, but not overly formal. For women: Dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or skirts/pants with a nice top. For men: Dress pants or nice jeans and a button-down shirt are perfect. Jackets and ties are optional. The ceremony will be outdoors in November, so please dress warmly. Dinner will be indoors, and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. We’ll have heaters, but layers are a great idea!
