Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Food and drink: There will be a cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style taco dinner, and 3 hours of open bar + dancing! Schedule is preliminary and subject to minor changes!

Flair currently offers low priced flights from Toronto-Pearson and Kitchener-Waterloo Airports. We flew this route last year and saved a good chunk of $ compared to Air Canada. There are various other carriers flying into Puerto Vallarta from around the country for more standard prices.

Tropicana is a great value hotel located in the Zona Romantica. Check out deals via Expedia and Hotels.com. For those who have never been, the Zona Romantica area of Puerto Vallarta is not a resort-heavy destination. To find typical all-inclusive style resorts, you typically need to look further north into Nuevo Vallarta.

Vallarta Botanical Gardens AC

Km 24 Carretera Costera a Barra de Navidad, Jal. 48425, Mexico

The botanical gardens are a beautiful place to spend the day. There is a restaurant on site, and you can spend an entire day here just exploring the grounds. There is a river you can cool off in if you bring the right clothing! About a 30-40 minute bus/cab/uber from Zona Romantica. We suggest Ubering there and cabbing or bussing home.

Malecon

Malecon, Puerto Vallarta, Jal. 48300, Mexico

Walk down Puerto Vallarta's famous malecon and take in the beautiful sunset over Banderas Bay. Keep your eyes peeled for humpback whales as they gather in the bay with their young, you can often see them with the naked eye!
