Our bridal party will be dressed up in tuxedos and formal dresses, and while we’d love for our guests to dress up with us, we want everyone to feel comfortable. We kindly ask that guests wear semi-formal attire to keep the event feeling special. We appreciate the effort you put into dressing up and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Dinner will be provided at the reception, along with drinks and dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate!

We are happy to welcome families with children to our wedding if they are included in the invitation or if you have an open-plus one. While we are excited to celebrate with guests of all ages, please keep in mind that the evening will include an open bar and a dance floor, so we trust parents to decide if this environment is suitable for their little ones and to supervise them throughout the event. We completely understand that kids can be unpredictable! If your child becomes upset during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you step away for a moment to let them settle before returning so everyone can enjoy the moment.

As it’s May long weekend in Alberta, we know the weather could bring anything—from sunshine to snow! Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception taking place indoors. If needed, we are fully prepared to hold the entire event indoors to keep everyone comfortable.

There are several hotels close to the venue, offering a range of price points to suit different preferences. We encourage guests to book wherever is most convenient for them. The weekend of the wedding, we will be staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Lethbridge. If you're looking for a nearby option, feel free to book there as well!
