Our ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

We are getting married on the top of a nearby mountain! Guests will take a chairlift ride from the parking lot up to the ceremony location and back to admire the beautiful views :). There will be an option to be driven up and back if unable to take the lift. The bottom of the chairlift is a ~5min drive from Bear Valley Lodge, it is next to a parking lot at the Bear Valley Mountain Resort (the ski resort, not the lodge). We will have shuttles departing from the lodge, and guests are also encouraged to drive themselves to the chair lift parking lot for the ride up the mountain. Dress Code: Dress up in your favorite cocktail or fancy attire! When deciding on footwear, please keep in mind that the ceremony location is a meadow on a mountain, and there are not paved paths :).

Reception

After our ceremony, we'll head back to the lodge for cocktail hour, and dinner will be served at ~6:30. Afterwards, we'll dance the night away! We'll have an open bar and a selection of late night snacks :)

Lake Day

For those still in the area, come join us for a relaxed hang out at Lake Alpine, ~10 minutes up the road from Bear Valley Lodge.
