Once upon a time in pandemic LA, a mermaid from Laguna Beach (Ari) met a sweet, golden bear from Seattle (Tyler). While our official love story began on a dating app, we quickly realized that we shared an incredible amount of very close friends and had been in each other's orbit over the last decade. In fact, we would have been at the same wedding in Cartagena irrespective of each other later that year! Timing truly is everything. We had our first (8-hour!) date on February 3, 2021. Watching a bright pink sunset at the beach led to dinner, followed by Salt & Straw ice cream and a wander through Venice’s walking streets. That evening we shared our first kiss on Flower Ave, the same street we now live on together well over 2 years later. They say when you know you know, and nothing could have been truer! This kind of love is a gift, and we can't wait to get married alongside our friends and family and start this next chapter together.

June on the Central Coast of California can be a mixed bag! Foggy mornings can lead to sunny skies and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing layers and jackets just in case.
