What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail attire dress code for our evening. Please, no jeans!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your little ones-we really do! However, due to many factors, including limited space, we decided to keep our reception an adult only (21 and over) event with the exception of our children and our nieces and nephews who are in the wedding party. All children however are welcome to come to the ceremony. We are actually over *MAXIMUM* capacity for the reception and unable to accommodate any extra bodies (including wee ones!). Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed If you cannot make it to the wedding , please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Question
Are we allowed to take pictures and videos with our phones at the ceremony?
Answer
We are requesting a unplugged ceremony. Meaning please no phones out taking pictures or videos. The reasoning for this is that it ruins the photographer’s professional pictures. This was at her request and we agree with her. Thank you for your understanding.

If it rains where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be moved to 916 riverside in the case of inclement weather.

Are there hotel rooms blocked near the reception?
Answer
Yes! We have rooms booked at the Days Inn on Bartel road for those who do not want to drive back to Syracuse. Please refer to the "Travel" section of this website for full details on how to book a discounted room!
Question
How do I use the QR code for the video guestbook at the reception?
Answer
We are doing a video guestbook instead of a traditional guestbook. There will be cards on all the tables with a QR code you scan with your phone’s camera. It brings you to a site where you can record a video message with your phone. If you do not know how to use a QR code we can show you ! At the end it complies all of the videos left by our guests in to one long movie for us to keep forever! You can also do this prior to the reception or if you are unable to attend and would like to leave us a message!
