Our story
Sydney and Trevor both attended Doane university. They met when Trevor played football and Sydney was the head student trainer for the team. Their paths didn’t cross again until years later at a bar on O street in downtown Lincoln after a Husker football game. After that night, the rest was history. A few years of dating went by and they welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Riley, into their lives September, 2023. Now Sydney and Trevor get the opportunity to have their friends and family surround them to celebrate their relationship and their life that they have built together. They can’t wait to have everyone from all around the country and here in Lincoln, to be with them on this special day.

What should we wear?
Answer
We would like you to dress up! Get dressed up for the night to celebrate. However that looks for you, we would love to see it. I bet you look good cleaned up.
Question
Should we bring the kids?
Answer
Kids are invited permitted if they were on the invite. Use this as a a date night out! We understand life can get chaotic and babysitters are hard to find, and expensive. We would love for you to take the opportunity to celebrate with us and have a night away to enjoy. This is not a kid free wedding but we do suggest keeping them home or getting a sitter if they were not on the invite. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend coming 10-15 min early if possible. The church is larger so it. Can be confusing on where to go. Plus that gives you some wiggle room for unexpected bathroom breaks. If you do end up coming a little late, just be courteous to wait for the entrances of the bridal party and bride before finding a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a large parking lot at the church for the ceremony. For the reception, there is a parking garage directly next door and parking garages scattered throughout the Haymarket. You can reserve parking ahead of time through Park n Go.

We would like that you stick to whomever was on the invite and who you RSVP’d for.
