Our Story
Years before our first date, we would find ourselves at the same parties with a shared friend group. I, Crystal, never approached Jake because he made me incredibly nervous! He was always the tallest and most handsome man in the room. Apparently I intimidated him too somehow?? Jake and I can only recall one conversation we EVER had at a party which was about how he one day wanted to travel across the country in a van. Fast forward many years and many heartbreaks later, we decided to meet up at the beach to catch the sunset. I was so nervous that we would have nothing to talk about, but once we started talking we never stopped! Fast forward 2 years later and we have traveled across the country together in the van he always dreamed of and got engaged at the spot of that first sunset. We are looking forward to watching sunsets and traveling together for the rest of our lives. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately due to venue capacity limitations we are unable to give out plus ones. If you have a partner who also is a dear friend to us, they will have received an invite specifically in their name and are coming with you already!

What are we supposed to wear?
Answer
Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable! Our suggestion is garden party attire. This means dressing up a little fancy, but still comfortable and casual since it fits the vibe of a winery. According to the weather forecast, you should dress for a hot day!

Is it all outdoors?
Answer
Yes! Unfortunately it looks like it will be a hot day, but by 5pm the hottest part of the day will be over. The weather will get cooler and cooler as the event goes on. Bring some sunscreen!

What if I can't make it?
Answer
Since our family is all over the country, we are already aware that many of you won't be able to make the journey. Come to this same website on the day of to find the link to the live-stream of the ceremony! That way you can be there with us from the comfort of your own home.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?
Answer
Yes! Show up and get comfy for the night! Our coordinators will guide you through everything.

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yup! Plenty of parking on site. You are able to leave your car overnight in case you feel the need to Uber home and pick your car up in the morning.

What is the drinking situation like?
Answer
You MUST bring your photo ID for drinks. During cocktail hour there will be free non-alcoholic beverages and a self serve coffee station. We do not have an open bar, but you are welcome to purchase any cocktails you would like. If over 21, there will be a complementary glass of champagne provided to you during toasts. During dinner there will be complementary bottles of wine on the table. If you desire more drinks, you will be welcome to purchase whatever else you'd like from the on-site bar throughout the event. Just remember that photo ID!
