It was Tray's second season at the Dolphin and Blair's internship year when their story began in the kitchen. It all started over a bus tub full of mash potatoes. Blair was fresh out of culinary school with not much savory cooking experience. Tray was the expert fry guy who just so happened to be stationed near buy at the end of the hot line. Any time Blair had questions Tray was all to happy to help and bring the baker over to the savory side. Blair was in charge of making mashed potatoes for service and had no idea how to make them perfect when there was no recipe in sight. Tray came to the rescue taught her his way of making famous "tray-toes." This pattern continued a few more weeks of having stollen conversations over tubs of potatoes before Tray finally asked Blair out on a breakfast date on their day off. They spent the rest of the summer adventuring together and chose to never stop.
