Trevor and Victoria have elected to have an adult-only (over 21) wedding ceremony and reception on 8/21/26. We deeply appreciate our parent guests making arrangements in advance—we hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off and can’t wait to celebrate with you! Children (under 21) are allowed to attend the Friday Welcome Party on 8/20 and Sunday Goodbye Beach Day on 8/22.

If your invitation includes a guest, their name or "and Guest" will be explicitly listed on your formal invite and mailed envelope; due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those formally named.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Thousand Oaks in August is hot and sunny. At 5:30pm, it will be 85 degrees (hot) but the sun shouldn't be shining directly into your eyes. At night, it will cool down to 75 degrees (warm and breezy). No jackets needed! But pack sunscreen and sunglasses.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The entire event (including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing) will take place outdoors. Note: For those wearing high heels, there is both grass and gravel at the venue.

What time should I arrive to Rancho de las Palmas on Wedding Day (8/21/27)?

Please arrive by 5:30pm to get seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Any latecomers will be asked to wait outside the gates until the ceremony is over to avoid disruption.

Is there on-site parking available? Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there is tons of free self-parking. If you prefer, we are also chartering a shuttle to take guests between select hotels (See 'Transportation' section) and the venue.

Yes, of course. There will also be self-serve mocktails and sodas available for non-drinkers.
