For guests who reserved seats in advance, a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. Here's what you need to know: Ceremony Pickup: (please arrive a few minutes early!) Springhill Suites - Departure time: 3:20pm Gravity Haus - Departure time: 3:40pm Return Shuttle: Will depart from the venue every half hour, beginning at 8pm. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than May 3, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4:00PM. Please arrive 30 minutes early to give yourselves enough time to find parking.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Ceremony will be held outdoors with dinner and reception to follow indoors.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones but, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with the exception of our flower girl. Due to many factors including location, we respectfully request no children. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have blocked off rooms for our guests at Springhill Suites in Truckee and Gravity Haus in Truckee. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information.
