What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 3:45 pm. Although we would like guests to arrive at 3:30 pm

Are children allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately because our venue has quite a large koi pond on the property we will not be allowing children.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the front of the property. Please refrain from parking near the barn, as those spots are reserved for the wedding party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The closest hotel to the venue is the New Buffalo Casino. The Casino is about 10 minutes away.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you receive the official invite, the invite will address all those who are invited. For example if the invite says: Mr. And Mrs. Smith, both parties are invited. If the invitation says: Mr. Smith plus one, they may bring a plus one. Lastly, if the invitation says: Mr. Smith, no plus one is invited.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, we will not be providing transportation.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Yes, smoking will be allowed, however there will be designated smoking areas. Any and ALL smoking must remain in these areas.

Is there a bar/ drinks?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing an open bar. Please take note, if the bartender or any of the wedding party cuts you off for any reason, that is the final word. Do not come to Tony or I attempting to continue to drink. If you are cut off and continue to drink, you WILL be kicked out.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal! Men may wear jeans, but please no casual t-shirts or shorts. For the women, this is not prom, however we do want everyone to look nice! NO sweatpants, hoodies, t-shirts or “at home clothes” Even though I do not feel this needs to be said, I will say it anyways. ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE OR IVORY DRESSES.
