Todd and Becca went to high school together, crossing paths every so often through choir, mutual friends, and events in Fairfield. The years went by and remained friends on social media, living their own separate lives with "likes" and "comments" on significant posts every so often. Then one day in June of 2022, Becca received a friend request from Todd--even though they were totally friends on social media beforehand--and a quick wave and a few messages turned into chatting every day. Becca and Todd chat for a bit and have their first date that lasts five hours on the green in Fairfield, playing catch up and filling each other in on their lives so far. By July of 2022 the couple are dating and happy, move in together in the winter time and celebrate many milestones together. Then along comes a weekend in May, going to visit Todd's Aunt Lori in Washington, DC to go explore the monuments and try to catch a glimpse of the cherry blossoms. Todd was determined to make it to the Lincoln Memorial by sunset, where he popped the question and Becca said the easiest "yes" of her entire life! Now here we are, ready for marriage and a life together alongside Todd's daughter Caitlyn, their own daughter Quinn, their cat Bella and dog Cha-Cha!
