September of 2020: I was in-between deployments when I met Timothy, two months of talking and hangout. I was surprised that he wanted me to email him when I was on the ship, we emailed back and forth. Seeing an email come up from him me in good spirits. February 2021: I was still on deployment when he officially asked me to be his girlfriend. May 2021: Deployment was over and I was excited to see Timothy and my best friend Avyon. I searched the crowd for them, only to be surprised. It was Timothy, Avyon, my parents, and my dog DJ. My parents had reached out to Tim and they coordinated this surprise. That's the beginning of how our lives intertwined. We got engaged back in April of 2024 with our two beautiful dogs Falsetto and Lily as witnesses. We had a small civil ceremony on July 19th, 2024 in Annapolis, Maryland. Looking back on that day, it was a chaotic, but I wouldn't change it for the world. My grandfather's health is declining, he was diagnosed with stage four cancer back in April of 2024. My Abuelito Pepe is someone that I love dearly, he raised me to be the person I am today. We got married at the court house in Annapolis so he could be there. Now we want to share our love with each and every single one of you. We are excited to see everyone come out and celebrate with us. We cannot wait!
