Cultural Elegance
We kindly ask guests to wear traditional or culturally inspired attire that is modest, festive, and polished. Think sarees, lehengas, kurtas, or elegant formal Indian wear in vibrant colors.
As the ceremony will take place at the temple, there will be no consumption of alcohol or smoking on the temple grounds. Let us all be mindful and respectful of the sacred space.
The Vivah Sanskar is a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony filled with sacred rituals, blessings, and symbolic moments. It will take place inside the Lakshmi Narayan Temple and typically lasts around 3 hours. There will be no assigned seating, however there will be reserved rows for our families. As a sign of respect, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes before entering the temple. We recommend wearing footwear that’s easy to slip off. Comfort Tip: There are quite a few stairs and some walking outdoors around the temple, so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear and bringing a hand fan to stay cool. Lastly, a delicious vegetarian meal will be served during/after the ceremony.
To help us prepare and make sure everything runs smoothly, please let us know if you'll be attending by November 3rd.
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping the celebration intimate and appreciate your understanding.
