The ceremony will be held at the reception hall and the doors will open to all guests at 5:00 pm. The commencement of the ceremony will promptly take place at 5:30 pm. Once the procession begins, there will be no more seating of guests. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the doors will re-open at 6:00 pm.

The dinner will be held from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. The reception will immediately follow. Semi-Formal. We kindly request that our guests refrain from wearing the respective bridal colors, white or burgundy.

DO YOU HAVE A REGRISTY?

Answer

The presence of our friends and family is the greatest gift of all. However, if it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see our loved ones dressed up for our big day. The dress code is Semi-Formal! We kindly request that our guests refrain from wearing the respective bridal colors, white or burgundy.

PARKING

Answer

The venue has its own parking lot so that you may self-park your vehicle. The venue has plenty of space for parking but please still arrive accordingly to avoid any delays.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will conclude at 6:00 pm and the doors will open for all guests who were unable to attend the ceremony to enter. The wedding reception will follow with dinner.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration due to venue restrictions. We hope this advance notice provides enough time for you to make other arrangements to take a night off and celebrate with us!

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list; we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We thank you for understanding.

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can scan and RSVP online. The other option is to hand deliver the RSVP to the wedding party. Please RSVP if you are attending the ceremony and/or reception. Thank you!

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than September 15, 2023. We must give our final numbers to our venue in a timely manner therefore, if you have not submitted your RSVP by September 15, 2023, you will be marked down as a "No seat reserved in your name" response. We will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) beverages made available throughout the evening. Please remember to tip your bartender. Your cash tips will be greatly appreciated.

EL BAILE DEL BILLETE (The Dollar Dance)

Answer

The money dance is a tradition that will be held during the wedding. If you would like to participate in the traditional dance, please remember to have cash to pin on the bride and groom!
