We first met in secondary school; the best secondary school in Barbados; The Christ Church Foundation School. We passed in hallways, shared classrooms, and exchanged the occasional smile. Back then, we were simply schoolmates, unaware that our real love story was yet to begin. After school, life led us on separate paths. We grew through different experiences, careers, and seasons of life. Years later, fate brought us together again; not as teenagers, but as adults with open hearts and stories to share. What started as a simple reconnection quickly blossomed into something beautiful. We discovered a deep friendship, shared values, and a love rooted in understanding, growth, and mutual respect.
