RSVP** THERE IS NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT - RSVP NOW! With all the family emergencies we have been dealing with, we are behind on a few things for the wedding. It would be very helpful if you rsvp, as soon as you are able. DRESS** We absolutely love the outdoors. We both knew that we wanted to get married out in the great Oregon forests. We are blessed to have the opportunity to share our ceremony with you out in Yamhill surrounded by green trees, and a bubbling sound of a creek running close by. With that in mind, we would like to remind our guests, that we are celebrating in March. And in Oregon, March could be bright and beautiful or full of rain and cold. Either way we are going to be covered, and we want you to be too. Dress attire for the celebration is Dressy Casual, BUT PLEASE remember to watch the weather so you can be comfortable (which is our biggest wish). The facility is heated, although you will need to walk outside to reach bathrooms. TRAVEL** While Yamhill is only a short drive away from the Beaverton area, we do want to mention, that the last part of the drive is on an unpaved gravel road. We will be monitoring weather and road conditions days before the wedding, and keeping all guests updated. TIMES** Guests can start arriving at 2pm. There will be designated parking spots and a very short walk to the barn. (again watch the weather to see if you need to wear boots, before changing into your dancing shoes). Ceremony will start at 3pm. Reception will follow shortly after ceremony. RECEPTION** For your late afternoon delight we will be serving appetizers and a light meal. Many have mentioned wanting to bring food and share with everyone their specialty dishes. We welcome you to do so. We are not afraid nor offended with Potluck style. We believe it is the best way to share love with family and great friends. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided to all. For those interested we will have a small selection of red and white wines available. Dancing, laughing and smiling are all required and lots of picture taking. GIFTS and REGISTRY** We have chosen not to pick out gifts on the registry. This is because we already have all the housewares a married couple/family needs. In lieu of gifts we are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund. We have not had the funds or time to just get away together, in many years and we are so excited to get an opportunity to do so . Our dream is either to go to Seattle and explore or just get lost together in a great adventure.
