Can I stay longer than 3 nights?

Answer

Yes! Please note that the minimum stay is three nights. If you would like to stay longer, please include that in your travel request! Also, please note, the all-inclusive rate includes food and beverages, access to premium wines and spirits, entertainment, water activities, and wellness experiences.

Do I have to stay at the Marival Armony Resort?

Yes, we do ask that you stay at the resort. We chose an all inclusive to make it so we can easily all be together during this special time. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to Maggie directly and be aware that the resort charges a hefty fee to come onsite for the event.

What is the deadline to book my room within the wedding group and when are payments due?

March 1, 2026. We encourage you to book ASAP to get the preferred room you want. Please be aware that to book earlier, you will only need to put a deposit of $100.00 down and you can cancel the room without penalty up until March 15, 2026 should anything change.

How do I book flights?

Answer

Please book flights directly with your preferred airline. Please ensure the name listed on your airline reservation matches your passport book exactly. The travel agency recommends using Google Flights to find the best price.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Roundtrip airport transportation can be added to your hotel reservation at the time of booking. You may choose from shared or private. Please see the travel website for further details.

Yes, the resort is all-inclusive and includes food and beverages, access to premium wines and spirits, entertainment, water activities, and wellness experiences. Gratuities are optional and always appreciated.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Every person traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport book. If you do not have a passport book, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take several months. For current processing times and additional info please visit: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html Your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!

Each invitation includes 2 people total. If you are solo, feel free to invite a guest.

At this time, the wedding event will be adults only unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please reach out.

When do I need to arrive at the hotel?

Answer

It is highly recommended to arrive no later than 2 days prior to the wedding (by June 4th) to ensure that you arrive in time for the wedding as well as our pre-wedding events.

Is there a dress code for the wedding? Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We ask that you dress up like you are going to a Beach wedding! The Ceremony will be in the evening, outside IN THE SAND ON THE BEACH. Reception will be outdoors in a covered facility weather permitting.
