When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP your entire party by September 12th at the latest! So we have a head count for food and seating. Message us or respond through RSVP on the website.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

It will be outdoor. So please dress appropriately and wear appropriate shoes for walking on grass and dancing!

Plus ones/ children

Answer

Children are welcome as long as they are being supervised. There is a pool at the venue and there will not be swimming allowed during the ceremony. If weather is warm swimming is allowed if anyone wants to. (Bring suits) For plus ones, the bride and groom need to know them ahead of time.

This will be BYOB. Please be responsible and have a ride home to your hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you choose to stay the day before the wedding or stay the night of the wedding, to plan a room ahead of time. The Hampton in Altus has room blocks for $110 under the Rogers family. There is also a Holiday inn as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5pm. Come in and find your seats before 4:45 at the latest please. The reception,food and drinks will be served around 5:30.
