How We Met
We met in high school in the same gym class, where Victoria wanted to impress Jalen with her uncoordinated basketball skills. After months of talking and many basketball games later, Jalen asked Victoria to be his girlfriend in July of 2019. As life moved forward, Jalen joined the Navy and shortly Victoria did as well. After years of long distance, with even as far as Sasebo, Japan, we both stayed strong and proved that no amount of distance could change the love they had for another. After four years of long distance, Jalen moved in with Victoria after honorably serving to Washington D.C, and then to Norfolk, Virginia where Victoria continuously serves active duty. Through every chapter, from high school hallways, adopting loving pets to military life, we found our way back to another.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a large parking lot in front of the building. There will be signs indicating where the event will be hosted.

Is alcohol/smoking allowed on the property?
Answer
No, there is no alcohol or smoking allowed on the property. This facility is shared with government property, so no alcohol and/or smoking will be permitted.

Do I need to stay the entire time?
Answer
No, absolutely not! This event is an open house theme celebration. If you want to stop by to say hello, grab a bite to eat, and chat that is perfectly fine. You are also allowed to stay the entire time if you so please :)

Is there a RSVP deadline?
Answer
Yes, the RSVP deadline is June 27th, to make sure we will have a proper headcount on food.
