When should I RSVP by?

The deadline to RSVP is November 10. This will help us get a final headcount to share with our vendors and finalize all the details!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We want you to be comfortable, but please dress for a celebration!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The average high temperature in January is 76 degrees and the average low temperature is 68 degrees. The temperature can be cooler later in the night and the venue is on the water, so we recommend monitoring the weather closer to our wedding date.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’ve tried to be as accommodating as possible, but we are limited by our venue’s capacity. We’ve included the names of all invited guests on your invitation and on the RSVP page.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children, but to allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a reserved hotel block. However, we recommend staying in the Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, or Brickell areas, as it is close to the venue and welcome party. Here are a few hotels we recommend: Mayfair Hotel at Coconut Grove Kimpton EPIC Hotel at Brickell Hyatt Regency or Hampton Inn at Coral Gables

Will transportation or parking be available?

Answer

There will not be organized transportation for wedding guests. There is plenty of parking available onsite, but we highly recommend taking an Uber or a Lyft if you plan on celebrating with us late!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp. Please plan to arrive about 20-30 minutes beforehand to get settled and find your seat.

I have a dietary restriction. Who should I tell?

Please let us know if you would prefer a vegetarian option for dinner in your RSVP. We have plenty of different options for food throughout the night.

Will there be any events before the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to join us at our Welcome Party the night before the wedding on Friday, January 30th from 9:00–11:00 PM at Sadelle’s Coconut Grove. We’ll have drinks, dessert, and plenty of time to mix and mingle before the big day. Please make sure to RSVP if you are attending
