Cody & Sam will be self-solemnizing in a private ceremony on their anniversary in August. You are invited to join them at their reception on August 17, 2024. Please note that this invitation is for adults only, as the venue cannot accommodate children.
The Details
Dinner and refreshments will be provided, and you are invited to “BYOB” if you wish to drink. The venue has space to accommodate your personal coolers. Dress code is at your discretion. You can even wear a white, floor-length gown and a tulle headdress. There will not be a photographer at the reception, so the couple is counting on you to take and share as many photos as possible! There will be a QR code to scan at the entrance of the venue, as well as on each table. Treat your phone like a disposable camera for the evening, and use the QR code to share the pictures you took with the couple!

Out of Towners
Sam & Cody understand that some guests will be traveling from out of town to attend. The reception is located in Charlestown, so an ideal hotel would be located in Jeffersonville, Sellersburg, Utica, or Charlestown. Anywhere in Clark County will be plenty close enough.

Where do I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot behind the venue with entrance on Green Alley. You can also parallel park on the surrounding streets, or park on the square.

What should I wear?

Genuinely, whatever you feel comfortable in. Whether it’s a wedding dress or jeans, whatever you want to party in.

There will not be a “ceremony” so you can show up any time. Food and other refreshments will be served throughout the night.

Who does my invitation cover?
Answer
The names of each person invited are addressed on your invitation. When you type your name to RSVP, you will be able to accept or decline the invitation for each person invited. While we love your little ones, this is an adults only occasion.
