We're so excited to continue celebrating our love with all of you! While we had an intimate elopement, we would have loved to have everyone there. But let's be real— having everyone backpack 22 miles wasn’t exactly at the top of most people's bucket list (and honestly, Chantz and I can never do things the easy way). We completely understand that traveling can be tricky, so don’t feel any pressure if you can’t make it. But if you can join us, it would mean the world to have everyone together in one place! And hey, if you're needing an excuse to visit the Flathead Valley or Glacier National Park, this is your sign! The celebration will be casual, with dinner, drinks, and music. Afterward, we’ll be heading downtown Whitefish to keep the fun going!

Travel Note
FLIGHTS: The easiest way to reach the Flathead Valley is by flying into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). The airport is about 8 miles from downtown Kalispell or 11 miles from Whitefish (Both are great locations to book accommodations). AMTRAK: Another option is to take the train. Amtrak has a stop right in downtown Whitefish. Amtrak trains typically have comfortable seating, dining options, and sleeper cars on longer routes.
One of the most popular destinations, it offers scenic hikes, wildlife viewing, and breathtaking mountain views. The Going-to-the-Sun Road is iconic, and there are tons of trails ranging from easy to challenging. A vehicle reservation is required to enter the park now. They release a limited number of passes 24 hours prior to your desired date of entry at Recreation.gov. Here are a few popular hikes you might want to check out: Highline Trail, Hidden Lake Overlook, Avalanche Lake Trail, Piegan Pass Trail
Whitefish Mountain Resort offers a ton of outdoor activities, especially in the summer! Here are some fun things you can do: Hiking: There are numerous scenic trails, from beginner to advanced. The Danny On Trail and the Whitefish Trail System offer incredible views of the surrounding mountains and forests. Mountain Biking: The resort has a variety of mountain biking trails, with options for all skill levels. Zip Line: For an adrenaline rush, try the zipline tour. It’s a great way to experience the mountain from a different point of view. Scenic Lift Rides: You can take a chairlift to the top for views of the Flathead Valley, Glacier National Park, and the surrounding peaks. If you're lucky the summit lodge will be open, then you can enjoy an ice cold brewski with a view.
They’ve been offering guided rafting trips on the Flathead River and other nearby rivers for decades. They offer trips ranging from mild scenic floats to more intense whitewater experiences.
Flathead Lake is a large, pristine freshwater lake, surrounded by the Mission and Salish Mountains. Known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery, it’s the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi River. The lake offers a variety of outdoor activities like boating, swimming, and fishing.
Tamarack - Lakeside Known for its fresh, local ingredients, the menu features wild game, seafood, steaks, and creative American fare. With a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and great beer. The Desoto Grill- Kalispell If you’re craving some smoky, flavorful barbecue, The Desoto Grill is the place to go. It's perfect for a relaxed meal with a Southern-style flair. I personally order their Rueben every time. The Harbor Grill- Lakeside Check out their tiki bar and enjoy amazing views right on Flathead lake. Some other suggestions would include Backslope Brewery, Jalisco, Saketome, Abruzzo, Mother Chorizos, and Sacred Waters.

Our party will take place in Whitefish, MT, where there are plenty of nearby Airbnb options and hotels. I’ve found that Airbnb rentals tend to be more affordable than hotels, especially during the summer. Kalispell, just a 15-minute drive away, is also a great option for accommodations
We would love to go downtown with whoever wants to join for some darts, pool, music, and drinks. We plan to head to the Great Northern Bar afterwards.
The patio has 30 parking spots directly outside of the building. There is excess parking across the street at St. Peter Lutheran Church.
For men: A nice pair of slacks paired with a button-up shirt or polo shirt. Loafers, dress shoes, or clean sneakers. Cowboy boots and some pearl snaps? Whatever your little heart desires. For women: A sundress, midi dress, a blouse with a skirt, or a casual maxi dress. Flats, heels, or dressy sandals. Don't overthink it, whatever you choose will be fine. :) Chantz will be wearing slacks with button up and Timi will be wearing some sort of white dress.
Of course! Your kiddos are more than welcome. When you rsvp just let us know to ensure we have enough seating for everyone. :)
