We’re excited to share that we were married on March 20, 2026, on top of the Four Peaks mountain range here in Arizona, surrounded only by our immediate family. It was a beautiful, quiet, and meaningful day, and one we will always treasure. As we talked about what it would look like to celebrate with the many friends and family we love, we found ourselves planning and dreaming about starting our life together. We began to see the Lord leading us toward something we truly hadn’t expected so soon — purchasing our first home. And as we stepped into that process, the Lord faithfully opened every door for us. So instead of planning a large wedding, we are beginning this chapter by building a home together — a place to settle, to grow, and to prepare for the family we hope to have one day. Thank you for understanding, and for continuing to walk with us. We are so grateful for the love and support you’ve given us over the years and we wouldn’t be who we are today without the people the Lord has placed in our lives.
We started planning what a wedding might look like surrounded by all of our amazing family and friends, but we quickly realized it would have been a large expense and a lot to ask of everyone traveling in from all over. As planning went on, we felt more and more that a small ceremony with just our parents and siblings felt more like us, and it also gave us the opportunity to start planting roots here and focus on building our life together.
Since we’ve both lived on our own for years, we already have many of the essentials. As we step into this next season and prepare to move into our first home, we’ve put together a registry of a items that would help us begin building our life together at our new home. Many of these are things we’ve thoughtfully chosen for our home. We’ve also included a honeymoon fund, which we’re still hoping to fully make happen, and are really looking forward to as a chance to spend some uninterrupted time together after such a full season. More than anything, we’re just so grateful for your support - whether that’s through a gift, a contribution, or simply celebrating alongside us. Every bit truly means so much as we start this new chapter.
We don’t have plans for a formal reception at this time. As we prepare to settle into our home, and everything that came with this season, we felt peace about keeping things simple. We’re incredibly thankful for all the love and support we’ve received.
We recently purchased our first home in the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona, and we’re so excited about it. Our closing date is in early May, so we’re finishing out our apartment lease and counting down the days until we can move in.
Yes! This home means a lot to us, and we’re so excited to fill it with people we love. Once we’re settled in, we would love to have friends and family over for coffee, to watch football, or to stay with us while visiting AZ!
We know this season may have looked different than expected, but we’re incredibly thankful for the love and support we’ve received. We truly wouldn’t be who we are today without the people the Lord has placed in our lives, and we’re grateful to share this next chapter with you.
