We are so excited to celebrate with you! The venue will open at 4pm and our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Our enchanted forest themed wedding will take place under a canopy of trees, surrounded by the magic of nature — and the warmth of a summer day. To keep the fairy-tale vibes flowing and everyone feeling fabulous, we kindly ask: -Dress for the festivities and the heat: Flowy, colorful, and breathable. Sundresses, linen, and prints are all perfect. -Skip the stilettos: We'll be walking on grass, pebbles, and dancing under the stars — comfortable stable footwear is encouraged! A thicker heel is a great choice. -Stay cool, stay you: We'll have fans and cold drinks — so you can hit the dance floor for a while!

Colorful Garden Party Attire. No all black please! Keep it breezy! Embrace the magic of the woods with flowy fabrics, floral prints or colorful attire — lightweight dresses and breathable buttoned shirts and suits— is perfect. Be bold with your attire and dress it up with bright colors!

🌦️ What is the weather like in Charlotte?

Charlotte has a humid subtropical climate. In September, expect the highs to be in the mid 80's and the lows to be in the low 70's. Due to humidity it will feel warmer. Keep an eye out for the possibility of warm showers!

🍄 Is Morning Glory Farm an indoor or outdoor venue?

Answer

Both! Ceremony will be held outdoors. Reception will be indoors in the Solarium. We will have over 50 acres of beautiful grounds to walk!

Will there be easy parking at the venue?

Yes! There is a big open lot for you to park in - free of charge. You are also welcome to leave your car overnight - free of charge - if necessary!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the wedding party. We hope this allows you a night off to relax and enjoy the festivities with us!

Can I bring a date?

As much as we’d love to welcome everyone, we’re keeping things intimate. If your RSVP page says “+1,” we’d love for you to bring a date! Otherwise, we’re looking forward to celebrating with just you.

Answer

Yes! We will have hotel room blocks for 3 wonderful hotels (close by to one another). The last 2 hotels listed are luxury hotels without any reservations.
