Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. Shuttles will be provided from the AC Hotel and Marriott Minneapolis West. There will also be parking available in the church lot.

A shuttle will pick up guests from the AC Hotel promptly at 2:15 pm and take you to Mount Calvary. After the ceremony has ended, the shuttle will then take you to the reception in Deephaven. End of night shuttles back to the hotel will run at 9:00 pm, 10:30 pm, and 12:00 am. Please let us know if you will be utilizing the shuttles when you RSVP to the reception.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The service will be held indoors at Mount Calvary Church in Excelsior. The reception will be in an outdoor tent at Jill and John Gardiner's home.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before ceremony start time (3:00 pm) to give you time to find your seats and get settled.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. The reception is outside, so we do recommend lighter fabrics in case the weather is a little warmer. Ladies, opt for chunkier heels so have an easier time walking in the grass.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a block of rooms booked at AC Hotel Minneapolis West End and Marriott Minneapolis West. We will be providing shuttles to the ceremony and reception from these two hotels. Check the Travel page for a link to our discounted rooms.

Please provide any allergies you may have when you RSVP under Reception. We will do our very best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be ample parking for the ceremony at Mount Calvary. For guests planning to drive to the reception, parking will be available at the Minnetonka Community Education Center (4584 Vine Hill Road, Excelsior, MN, 55331). From here, shuttles will run to and from the reception throughout the evening. It's about a 5-minute shuttle ride between the two locations. There will be signage directing you to the shuttle pick-up location.

Answer
Yes, there will be shuttles from the AC Hotel Minneapolis West End and the Marriott Minneapolis West. Check the Travel page for the schedule and make sure to RSVP if you will be utilizing the shuttles.
