Our Ceremony and Reception

Semi formal attire is preferred. Guests are encouraged to wear soft colors or neutrals. This will be an outdoor ceremony set in the forest, so please wear shoes suitable for uneven, natural ground. While we expect pleasant weather during the event, evenings in Flagstaff in October will be cool, so bringing a light jacket or sweater is recommended.
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Because our location is a little off the beaten path, Ubers and other ride share services will be limited. Cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow our ceremony. Our reception will be held in the barn on the property

Brunch attire is casual and comfy.
We’d love to end the weekend with one last celebration! The morning after the wedding, please join us for a casual farewell brunch buffet. If you need to head down the mountain early Sunday, we completely understand and are so grateful you made the trip to celebrate with us. Please RSVP so we can have an accurate headcount.

Is there a dress code?

Semi formal attire is preferred. We request that our guests wear soft colors or neutrals to our wedding. However, if you don't have anything in that color palette, please wear whatever makes you comfortable; we are just happy to have you celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth arrival. This will allow time for parking, signing the guestbook, and finding your seat. If you’re traveling from town, be sure to allow extra time.

Yes, you can Uber to the wedding. However, finding an Uber can sometimes be difficult in Flagstaff, especially late at night, so it might be best to schedule your rides ahead of time!

Please RSVP by September 1st by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above, or by scanning the QR code in your invite. If you don't RSVP by this date we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Due to limited space at the residence, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
