Please arrive 10-20 minutes prior to the ceremony so no one is being seated once the processional begins.
Absolutely! The reception venue does not provide highchairs or booster seats for children. If you have portable seating, please feel free to bring them.
Parking will be on-site for ceremony and venue locations. Reception parking will be in a grassy area, just off of a gravel driveway. A police officer will be on-site to direct cars where to park. Notify the officer if you require handicap parking closer to the barn.
If you have been provided a plus one it will be specified in your invitation.
Mexican food catered by “La Hacienda” buffet style! Food consists of: flour tortillas, gound beef, shredded chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, chips, & salsa. Cake, along with various other desserts will be available. We will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions, however, if you have special food needs please feel free to bring food you can eat.
This is an alcohol-free, family friendly event. Bottled water, tea, and lemonade will be available for self-serve at the drink area.
When you come into the reception barn, you will see a door in the back left corner of the room and a sign that says “Restrooms”. Just outside of that door will be a luxury restroom trailer facility.
Yes, there will be dancing. It will be an open dance floor for about an hour!
