We will have a van available to take guests home between 8:00pm-11:00pm. The van seats 6 people and the drive is approximately 10 minutes to The Keys neighborhood where most people are staying. You may leave your car at the venue if needed and will be able to pick it up at 10:00am on Sunday morning when the venue opens.

Cab Information
Uber and Lyft are sparse in our county. Should you need a ride back to where you are staying after all, and the van is not available, please contact Arrow Cabs at (707) 349-8037. Each trip is a $25 flat rate. You are free to leave your car at the venue and pick it up Sunday morning after 10:00am when they open.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dressy Casual attire for both events. In Clearlake Oaks, the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Expect a high temperature of 80-90 degrees and a low of 45-55 degrees (bring a jacket!) In Ojai, the party will also take place outdoors. Expect a high temperature of 70-80 degrees and a low of 50-60 degrees.

MAY 31 WEDDING The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, please arrive early to ensure you are seated just before the ceremony begins. We encourage you to visit the wine tasting room prior to the ceremony. They are open 11:00am-5:00pm. Please allow adequate time for your tasting if you choose to visit the tasting room. JUNE 21 PARTY The party will begin at 3:00pm with drinks available. We will be introduced as a married couple around 4:00pm and have dinner available in an informal manner between 4:00-8:00pm.

The wedding in Clearlake Oaks will take place at a winery that requests all guests be 21 years and older. Your children are welcome to join the Happily Ever After Party in Ojai on June 21

Where should I stay?
Answer
Lake County is a smaller community so lodging is sparse. We highly recommend sharing an Air BnB or VRBO rental home with loved ones; there are many rental options in the Keys neighborhood where we live in Clearlake Oaks (just 6 miles from the venue). Our second recommendation would be the Lake Point Lodge in Clearlake Oaks; It is right outside the entrance to the Keys neighborhood, but nothing fancy. If you are seeking a nicer hotel experience, we recommend the Konocti Harbor Resort in Kelseyville. The resort is 23 miles from the venue.
