Our story starts on March 7th 2020 . A day I decided to get a wash and retwist by my step mother Tracie Lee who had a fully booked day and no appointments available. I received a text message telling me that she will fit me in despite her busy schedule. Little did I know this day wouldn’t be an ordinary day that I come by the shop . As I’m getting my hair washed I hear a number of young ladies coming through the front door and as I lift my head up to see who it was there was one in particular who immediately caught my attention. Casually placing my head back under the water to allow my step mother to continue the washing process I thought to myself about the one I was attracted to , in the most purist form she was what I like . First impressions mean a lot and seeing her with no make up , and hair not done yet I was still very attracted. None the less I knew that I had came for one thing and once I was done I would leave and probably never see her again. Atleast that was my thought at the time . Before I could leave she would be standing at the entrance. As I’m starring at her while she’s having a conversation I over heard her speaking about a particular wine that I myself enjoy drinking from time to time . I politely tell her that if she is interested I would like to enjoy this particular wine with her after the performance she was getting ready to attend and she didn’t hesitate to accept my offer . Only to find out that I would never show up. After a full night of thinking about why I didn’t show up it was clear that I had Atleast owed this young woman an apology but how would I get in contact with her when I never got her contact information , not only that I never properly introduced myself so I didn’t even get her name. After surfing through my step mother’s facebook I decided to humble myself and ask my step mother what her name was as my stepmother laughs she responded Serina . I knew what I had to do now I needed to send her a message and apologize and offer to make it up to her . As I finally find her page I decided to send a friend request only to find out she had already sent me a friend request. And despite the fact that my first impression wasn’t that impressive she was willing to give me another chance to make it up to her . 4 years later here we are inviting you as our family friends and loved ones to help celebrate with us as we get ready to become newly weds .
