We met in the summer of 2009 during our high school band's leadership training. Though honestly, neither of us remembers much about that night. A few months later, we were spending every day together for the band's annual August camp. Our friendship really took off when we sat across from one another during a group dinner at TGI Fridays, and we immediately became inseparable. It took 5 years for our slow burn romance to develop but in February of 2015, we decided to test the dating waters and as they say, the rest is history.

A shuttle will be available at Hyatt Place at 3:45 to pickup guests. The shuttle will then pickup guests at JW Marriott (~3:50PM) and transport guests to the Garden by 4:15PM. The shuttle will be available to transport guests post-ceremony to Julia Ideson Library & will return guests to the hotel blocks at the conclusion of the reception.
Travel Note
The city is closing Main Street directly in front of the hotel and vehicle access to the front drive will be restricted. The valet services/drop off entrance will be moved across from the parking garage for the 801 Travis building on the 900 block of Rusk Street. There will be JW Marriott signs and a podium. The hotel will recommend guests to allow additional time, around 45 minutes for departing and retrieval of vehicle due to added traffic and these street closures.
